• Refund requests must be made within 3 (three) calendar days from the date of service activation.

• Refunds are applicable only for hosting services that have not been heavily used or customized.

• Domain registrations or transfers are non-refundable once they have been successfully processed, as they incur non-reversible registrar fees.

• Refunds apply only to the initial purchase. Renewals and subsequent billing cycles are not eligible for refunds.

3. Refund Procedure

• To request a refund, you must contact our Billing or Support Team via email or support ticket within the 3-day refund window.

• Your refund request should include your account details, purchase date, and reason for requesting the refund.

• Our team may verify your service usage before processing the refund.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (or an agreed-upon alternative) within 5–10 business days after approval.

• Any non-refundable fees (e.g., domain registration, setup costs) will be deducted from the total refund amount.

4. Non-Refundable Items & Conditions

Refunds will not be issued for the following:

• Domain name registrations, renewals, or transfers once processed by the registrar.

• Setup or migration fees, or any custom services that have already been started or completed.

• Renewal payments for ongoing services.

• Accounts found to be involved in abuse, spam, or violation of our Terms of Service.

HostedStar reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date.
